Mike Fleiss has once again tagged Khloé Kardashian in a post about “The Bachelorette.” The producer was previously threatened with legal action for spreading “fake news.”
Fleiss recently announced on Twitter that Khloé didn’t make the list of the top five candidates to be the next Bachelorette. The comment comes after Kim Kardashian previously called out the producer for spreading “fake news” when he said that he is in talks with Khloé to appear on his show.
Despite Kim’s claim that her sister is not considering being the next Bachelorette, Fleiss continued to maintain that the talks did take place. Kim later posted a screenshot of a conversation with her sister confirming that they are not in talks for her to star on the show.
Fleiss responded by saying that Khloé had signed a confidentiality agreement that prevented her from speaking about “The Bachelorette” with anyone, including her family members. However, the Kardashian messaged Fleiss online and threatened to take legal action if he used her name as a “clickbait.”
The threat of legal action didn’t stop Fleiss, and he said that he can’t be sued for “trying to help somebody find true love.” In another message to Khloé, he said that this was just about helping people find true love and “nothing more.”
In a message that seemed to be aimed at the Kardashian family, Fleiss said that “it’s impossible to be insulted by someone who trademark’s their name.”
Neither Kim nor Khloé has responded to Fleiss’ latest message online. It remains to be seen if they will be taking legal action against the producer for continuing to tag them in the “Bachelorette”-related messages.
Khloé recently broke up with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares a daughter. The breakup came after Thompson reportedly cheated on her with family friend Jordyn Woods. The reality TV star has been trying to move on with her life by focusing on her career and by spending time with her family and friends.
