Kate and William are behaving in a “completely different” manner, which is the “greatest thing” for the Royal Family.
Royal photographer Kent Gavin has dubbed Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince William the “greatest thing” to happen to the monarchy.
Mr Gavin, who worked for the Daily Mirror as a royal photographer, lauded the couple, who will one day become king and queen, for having a more relaxed approach to public life in recent months.
“Kate and William are quite different people who operate in completely different ways,” he explained. Mr Gavin also told Insider that Kate and William’s attitude will help the monarchy grow, based on his extensive career dealing with royals.
“It’s the best thing the Royal Family could have,” he continued. The photographer is well-known for his close relationship with Princess Diana, whom he documented for many years.
He documented her wedding to Prince Charles, joined her on royal travels across the world as a photographer, and, at her request, photographed Prince William’s christening.
His remarks follow the change in William and Kate’s behavior, which many believe has improved their attitude to public life.
After the infamous Oprah Winfrey interview with Harry and Meghan Markle, which aired in March, the couple’s adjustments have been more apparent.
One example is the two new photographs of William and Kate, which were released on the night of their 10th wedding anniversary and showed them posing fondly in blue.
Other anniversary announcements were regarded more formal than the intimate photos.
On social media, fans used words like “perfection,” “beautiful,” and “my favorite love birds” to describe the photographs.
“Their love story is the best thing that has occurred to the Royal Family, this is a true fairytale romance,” one person remarked, while another simply stated that the couple is “a credit to the family and the country.”
In recent months, the pair has shared more personal content on social media, accepted more child-related activities, and even displayed more public demonstrations of affection.
Kent Gavin believes that Kate and William’s popularity stems from their ability to strike a balance between modernity and loyalty to royal traditions.
Mr Gavin, on the other hand, stated that he did not believe Prince William, Prince Harry, or their wives could match Princess Diana’s energy in the monarchy.
“There will never be another Diana,” he remarked.
The photographer made a joke about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
