A one-year-old baby was found dead on Thursday at his home in Glasgow.
At about 9.20am, emergency services were called to the house on Jura Street near Bellahouston Park.
The baby was rushed to the hospital but died a short time later, sadly.
The police state that they treat death as unexplained and that an autopsy will be carried out.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said, “On Thursday, December 31, 2020, at around 9.20am, police received a report of the sudden death of a one-year-old baby at a house in Jura Street, Glasgow.”
The baby was admitted to the Children’s Royal Hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later.
“No suspicious circumstances are believed to have occurred, although the death is being treated as unexplained pending the results of a post-mortem examination.”
