‘Joe is superior to Kamala!’ A poll found that the majority of Britons would oppose a change in the US presidency.

JOE BIDEN has faced a barrage of criticism for his handling of the Afghanistan issue, with some calling for his resignation as President. However, Express readers do not believe Kamala Harris would be a better commander-in-chief if she were to accept the position.

According to 69 percent of voters who participated in a poll of 8,110 persons conducted between 3 p.m. on August 24 and 1 p.m. on August 26, Joe Biden is a better president than Kamala Harris. However, 18 percent of respondents believed she would do a better job than Mr. Biden, and 13% of voters were undecided about who would do a better job.

In fact, several people argued in the comments area that neither candidate is qualified to be president of the United States.

“Geez, has it really come to this?” one voter wondered.

“It pains me to say it, but Sleepy Joe is superior to Kamala.”

“We now see the US system in tremendous peril and unable to produce a leader with any credibility,” wrote another.

Ms Harris, on the other hand, has supporters in the United Kingdom, as one reader put it: “Looking forward to Harris taking over as POTUS (President of the United States).”

“Kamala Harris is tremendously loyal to Biden but is as tough as nails when it comes to making decisions,” Triang said.

Others claimed she lacked “experience” and would be unable to “manage the burden.”

Joe Biden has adamantly defended his choice to pull troops out of Afghanistan.

He said on a national broadcast that Afghanistan’s collapse was caused not by the withdrawal of American soldiers, but by “Afghanistan political leaders giving up and fleeing the country” and “the Afghan military collapsing without trying to resist.”

“American troops cannot and should not be fighting in a war that Afghan forces are unwilling to fight for themselves,” he continued.

“We squandered more than a trillion dollars. We trained and equipped a 300,000-strong Afghan military force.

“We provided them with every tool they could possibly require. We funded for their wages and the upkeep of their air force.

“We offered them every opportunity to shape their own destiny; what we couldn’t give them was the will to fight for it.”

Vice President Kamala Harris has been steadfast in her support for President Trump. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
