JACQUELINE Jossa has told fans that she has ‘thick thighs’ and how she dresses for her shape.
The actress revealed her body thoughts in a Q&A with fans on social media where she spoke about her figure.
The former EastEnders star was asked if her new range of jeans would be good for ‘thick thigh’ girls to which she replied: “Yes indeed.
“I have thick thighs and they fit so well. I always go up a size in denim.”
The stunning star could be seen modelling her latest range for In The Style.
The brunette was posing up a storm and looking lovely in the denim trousers and floral and spotty ruffled shirt.
The mum-of-two wore her long hair down with a slight wave, accessorised with a pair of hoop earrings and glamorous make-up.
The star showed off her trim tum in workout gear recently just weeks after starting a 1,200-calorie-a-day diet.
Last month Jacqueline started a strict 350-calorie-per-meal diet after vowing to be healthier.
The 27-year-old had kept quiet about how she’d changed her eating habits before revealing she’s using a meal preparation company popular with celebs keen to shed weight.
Jacqueline’s plan consists of their weight loss (average of 350 calories) and healthy balanced meal plans (around 500 calories), which are made out of fresh food and best ingredients around.
So if she sticks to what she has been given, the I’m A Celebrity winner’s daily calorie intake will total up to 1,200 on average.
Jacqueline recently vowed to exercise and get fit – but not to get “skinny”.
It came after she revealed she’s planning to “move more” as it’s “good for the brain”.
She said: “I’m having those thoughts of I need to start doing a bit for me and I’m going to try and go for walks and maybe do some exercise.
“And no, before everyone pipes up it’s not to necessarily lose weight, I wouldn’t mind it but it is more just to know that you’re doing something.
“Because work-wise I’m feeling really good, I’m busy and on the ball.
“I just want to maintain that and I feel like getting on the ball with it now, it’s got to be done.”
