Is it possible to travel through time? Do these incredible photographs indicate that celebrities can travel back in time?
A CRAZY video has surfaced online, purporting to prove that time travelers are here and living among us once and for all. What is the proof? Celebrity doppelgängers allegedly photographed decades ago.
The aptly entitled Time Traveller channel has published a strange film titled Video Proof that proves Time Travel does exist to YouTube. The video features a variety of modern-day celebrities alongside their long-lost spitting image lookalikes. The video features celebrities such as Nicolas Cage, Johnny Depp, and Will Smith, claiming that these images are proof of time travel. Surprisingly, the resemblances between the A-listers and their doppelgängers aren’t simply remarkable; they’re almost convincing.
The first image is of Johnny Depp, who plays Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean, and someone who looks exactly like him.
A little web searching shows that the vintage photo to Mr Depp’s left was published online by Michael Johnstone, who recognized his musician great-striking grandfather’s similarity to Mr Depp.
Big mustahce dad, a Redditor, joked about the shot, asking, “Did he star in all of Tim Burton’s great grandfather’s movies?”
“Or, Johnny Depp looks like your great-grandfather…” added another, predictingzepast.
The following image shows Eddie Murphy, a comedian and actor, with a dapper-looking gentleman.
The unidentified photo on the left is apparently from the 1920s, yet the likeness is so uncanny that even the harshest of critics could be persuaded.
The strange image did not convince everyone, and online sleuths presented a number of possible explanations.
Many internet commenters speculated that the image was altered, while others speculated that it was a modified still from the 1932 film Life.
Another vintage photograph taken on the streets of Brooklyn, New York, appears to reveal musical phenomenon Shawn Corey Carter, better known by his stage name Jay-Z.
Jay-Z was born on December 4, 1969, in Brooklyn, according to his official birth certificate, though the recently discovered photo may cast major doubt on that portion of his story.
Photographer and activist Sid Grossman took the photo in Harlem in 1939, and the Schomburg Center For Research In Black Culture at the New York Public Library discovered it after several decades.
An eccentric actor is another well-known Hollywood mega-star who many believe is a time traveller in disguise. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
