‘Inspire people to treat their fathers badly.’ Angela Levin criticizes Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s relationship.
MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry have come under fire for a new environmental award that honors the couple for having only two children.
Following the announcement that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry would be receiving an award for only having two children, royal analyst Angela Levin has labeled the couple as “bad” influencers. The pair was chosen by the environmental charity Population Matters for their contribution as environmental “role models.”
“They’ve made an announcement in the press saying the duo are fantastic world influencers,” Angela Levin told talkRadio, “which I think is bad because you don’t want to persuade others to be horrible to their fathers.”
“According to this survey, three out of ten adults between the ages of 18 and 24 have been inspired by Harry and Meghan to have no more than two children.”
However, after doing some research, I discovered that this survey was published in 2017, thus it has nothing to do with Harry and Meghan.”
Prince Harry and Meghan have been given £500 to contribute to a charity of their choice as winners of the award.
Oprah Winfrey interview luggage for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry YET ANOTHER nomination for an award
“By deciding and publicly stating their desire to restrict their family to two, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are helping to secure a better future for their children and offering a role model for other families,” the UK-based charity said in a statement.
“We applaud the Duke and Duchess for making such a wise decision, and for proving that a smaller family can be just as happy.”
Population Matters advocates for a human population that is both sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Climate change has been mentioned by Prince Harry on several occasions, and he has called it as one of the two “most important challenges” facing the globe today.
He commented about keeping a healthy world for children in a 2019 interview with Vogue, saying, “As brilliant as we all are, or as evolved as we all are supposed to be, we should be able to leave something better behind for the next generation.”
This honor comes after the couple’s shocking interview with Oprah Winfrey was nominated for an Emmy award.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex disclosed during the interview that they are expecting a baby daughter this summer.
“Brinkwire Summary News,” they say.
