Inside Kamala Harris’ tumultuous office, replete with infighting, a top employee resigns after reports that the vice president was’sidelined.’

Vice President Kamala Harris’ office has been plagued by claims of dysfunction and infighting, and one of her senior staffers has quit as a result of the rumors.

Harris’ communications director, Ashley Etienne, a former Obama administration official, quit earlier this week, adding gasoline to the flames.

While Etienne is departing Harris’ team to pursue “other options,” many sources informed CNN that Etienne’s departure has been “a long time coming.”

They claimed Etienne was “not a good fit” for the VP’s office and had not done enough to fight Harris’s negative press.

Harris’ team has “repeatedly failed her and left her vulnerable,” according to sources who talked with CNN, as she battles with criticism driven in part by racism and misogyny.

However, according to two sources, some employees in the VP’s office are dissatisfied with what they perceive to be a dysfunctional environment that has occasionally resulted in internal strife.

Tina Flournoy, Harris’ chief of staff, was named in several of the reported complaints concerning her office.

Flournoy is accused by staff members who talked to the outlet of fostering a “insular climate” in which potential ideas are disregarded and administrators put off making choices.

Harris’ decision to visit the US-Mexico border in June apparently caught some of the staff off guard.

Meanwhile, numerous members of Harris’ staff are said to be reaching out to contacts as they prepare to leave the dysfunctional office, which is beset by tensions between Harris and Biden aides.

Harris’ aides believe the VP is being sidelined and is not well-positioned by the White House, according to many sites, including CNN.

They believe that the West Wing is setting Harris up to fail by putting him in charge of complex topics like voting rights and the border problem.

According to reports, the VP has told her inner circle that she feels “limited” in her post.

According to reports, Biden’s team is “extremely alert to symptoms of disloyalty,” making it difficult for Harris and her team to push for more leadership in the government.

According to some accounts, first lady Jill Biden and Vice President Joe Biden are at odds.

The squabbling relationship has been described as “stuck in a catfight,” with tensions reportedly rising before the first lady and vice president took office.

The first lady is said to have been enraged by Harris’ remarks about her husband during the first Democratic presidential debate, in which Harris accused Biden of collaborating with segregationists.

“With what he cares about, what he works for, what he’s committed to, you get…,” Jill said in a Politico Magazine story. Brinkwire News in a Nutshell
