I’M A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! is to be filmed right next to a popular dogging site, The Sun can reveal.
The upcoming 20th season of the show is rumoured to be based in the grounds of a 200-year-old ruin due to lockdown restrictions in Australia.
When the reality TV favourite airs in November, it’s said it will be set in Gwrych Castle, North Wales, as opposed to the traditional jungle in Murwillumbah, New South Wales.
But the path leading up to the historical landmark is a popular dogging site.
A website called “hookup spots in Abergele, Conwy” says: “Path leading to Gwrych Castle.
“Oh happy nights. Close to town yet far away enough for some activity with a fair maiden.”
The website is advertised as the “know where guide“ and says it provides “inside information only locals know”
The Sun revealed last week how the usual location had to be changed when Australia shut its internal borders.
It’s the first time the show will be filmed in the UK and the castle is rumoured to be haunted.
The ruins are said to be stalked by the ghost of past owner, Winifred Cochrane, the Countess of Dundonald, who died in 1924.
Instead of the usual outdoor shower, contestants will bathe in a tin tub and they’ll be forced to swap their bikinis for thermals.
It’s said that instead of eating insects from the jungle, challenges will include scoffing sheep’s testicles.
