The five-bedroom, six-bathroom apartment in Manhattan’s posh West Village is now valued at AUD$41.5 million (US$28,750,000).

The 1,021-square-meter apartment, which occupies the eighth, ninth, and tenth floors of a fifteen-story high-rise, has breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the well-known Manhattan skyline.
A studio, spa bath, sauna, and dressing rooms are located on the tenth story, which also houses an opulent main bedroom suite.
Living areas, a library, and a guest bedroom are located on the other two floors of the massive property.
