A home cook has shared her simple ‘no bake’ recipe to make the ultimate Caramilk fudge slice using just three products.
Jaycee Baso, from Sydney, made the decadent dessert with Cadbury’s best selling caramelised white chocolate blocks, KitKat Gold and a can of condensed milk.
The makeup artist shared a now-viral TikTok video showing exactly how she made the rich dessert that she insists is ‘not for the faint hearted’.
To make the fudge, she started by melting 400 grams of Caramilk in a saucepan over a heat and then poured a whole tin of condensed milk in.
She combined the ingredients until the chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
‘Keep stirring until it comes together,’ she explained.
Next, Jaycee poured half the mixture into a prepared baking tray, and then used a large spoon to spread it around until it is completely smooth.
‘Add in two KitKat Gold bars and pour the remaining mixture on top,’ she said.
‘Then once you smooth that out, you can chop up another half of the KitKat block, and sprinkle on top.’
She said the fudge requires between four to five hours to completely set in the fridge before she cuts them into mini slices to serve.
‘Take out and slice… Enjoy. These are super indulgent, they are not for the faint hearted,’ she said.
The video has since been viewed more than 340,000 times, with many saying they couldn’t wait to try it.
‘Oh my God! I’m in heaven,’ one woman said, while another added: ‘It looks so good but when I get Caramilk, it’s gone before I get home.’
Some admitted the fudge looked too sweet for their liking, with one saying: ‘As a diabetic, my sugar levels just exploded to the Milky Way.’
