The 35-year-old former Coronation Street star’s mother, who she previously disclosed is a tremendous help to her family in terms of childcare, accompanied her on the trip.
She claimed that because of her own hectic work obligations, she depends on her mother to help plan her kids’ schedules and do their laundry.
Helen left after recording an edition of Lewis Nicholls’ Life Stories podcast, but it appears that her hectic schedule did not slow down.
Following the job commitment, Helen spent the day at Fistral Beach with her family, enjoying some downtime away from work and school.
Helen was wearing a blue triangle bikini, colorful patterned shorts, and Miu Miu sunglasses to protect her eyes from the sun.

Helen and her mother were spotted leaving the beach after their leisurely afternoon stroll.
The celebrity and her former partner Scott Sinclair have a five-year-old son named Charlie, a ten-year-old daughter named Matilda, and a seven-year-old daughter named Delilah.
The single mother has acknowledged that her mother Julia has been a tremendous assistance with their everyday family life because of her professional responsibilities.
“I have three children and I really do bring them up with my mum and dad,” Helen stated on the Vanessa Feltz show. Every day, they assist me.
“This may sound awful, but I work nonstop and don’t even have access to the class social app. My mother, on the other hand, does all of the homework.”My mother is incredible because she genuinely manages all of my children’s schedules. My mother says, “Helen, you’re doing this, you’re doing that,” because I’m constantly working and my kids participate in a lot of activities, including football.
“She does all of my laundry and uniforms, while my mother handles all of the cooking. Without her, I would perish because she does everything for me.
Then Vanessa joked, “Julia is a saint!”
Recently, Helen worked overseas while filming Celebrity Ex On The Beach, which debuted in April.

However, Helen, a mother of three, was abruptly dismissed.
When the lads were informed that they had to choose someone to leave the villa, Chase DeMoor, star of Too Hot To Handle, said to the group, “Obviously, this was a really difficult decision for all of us.”
We have to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of each of you individually and keep emotion and decision-making apart. We weighed everything by looking at everyone’s connections.
“So, Helen has been chosen.”
Dani yelled, “What?” as soon as the group ran out of things to say.
“Thank you so much,” Helen retorted. I’m grateful.
“I don’t know why you would have voted Helen,” an irate Dani went on. I really don’t understand that.
John admitted, “To be honest, we were doing everything we could to save Helen.”
“I’m so shocked the boys have picked Helen, I feel like they loved her so much,” Dani stated in front of the camera.
“Not having her here in the morning is going to feel really weird.”I’m very sorry to see her go.
“I do feel sad that I didn’t find a romantic spark, but I honestly feel that the connection I have with the girls,” Helen continued. I’m sad to be leaving them.
Izzy Fairthorne from Too Hot To Handle said Helen, “You are such a big part of all of our journeys in here,” just as she packed her things.
When Dani addressed Helen, “You are like the mother of the whole group,” Amy broke down in tears. I don’t comprehend.
