Former stripper assaulted a 4-year-old boy and had sex with a dog.
Angeline Lodice, 33, was sentenced to 20 years in prison without the possibility of release after pleading guilty to forced rape, child pornography possession, and sexual battery.
A former dancer was sentenced to 20 years in prison for sexually abusing a four-year-old boy and being caught on camera having sex with a dog.
Angeline Lodice, 33, of Old Jefferson, New Orleans, has been in prison since October 2014, but she only pled guilty to forcible rape, possession of child pornography involving a juvenile under 13, and sexual battery on Monday, according to NOLA.com.
Lodice’s cousin, according to the boy’s father, gave him films and images of her having oral sex on the four-year-old between late 2012 and October 2014.
Lodice, who used to work as a stripper in the Louisiana city’s Bourbon Street bar, first agreed to being the lady in the horrible photographs and videos, but she claimed she was drugged at the time.
She also stated that she was unable to identify the child in the videos.
According to NOLA.com, another video seen by officials showed Lodice having sex with a dog, but prosecutors did not pursue charges because it occurred outside of their jurisdiction.
Lodice would have been sentenced to life in prison if she had been found guilty of aggravated rape, but she has now admitted to forceful rape as part of a plea deal.
She will serve two decades in prison for both that crime and the possession of child pornography.
Lodice was also given a 10-year sentence for sexual battery by Judge Raymond Steib of the 24th Judicial District Court, which she will serve concurrently.
The judge informed her that she would not be released on probation or parole early and that she would have to register as a sex offender.
Lodice was charged with aggravated rape, child pornography production, and sexual battery of a victim under the age of 13 in 2015.
Her lawyer indicated at the time that she would plead not guilty due to insanity and would undergo mental and psychological testing.
