Following an altercation, Prince William and Kate ‘questioned their relationship.’

After a disagreement, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton “questioned” their relationship, according to a royal expert.

During the Bank Holiday weekend, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge joined the Queen at Balmoral, as several royals visited Scotland. According to a source, the Queen and the Cambridges always look forward to the long weekend, which has become an annual feature in the royals’ diaries. “William, Kate, and the children have been enjoying some family time in Scotland, and they have just spent some special time with the Queen,” a source told Vanity Fair.

“They always look forward to travelling up to Balmoral because they enjoy being outside, strolling in the hills, and spending quality time with their families. It’s where William spent a lot of his boyhood, and he wants his children to know what he did when he was a kid.”

This week, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles visited Aberdeenshire.

On their first trip away since Prince Philip’s funeral in April, William and Kate will have raised spirits.

While the Cambridges look to be in a good position presently, a royal expert claims that the pair had doubts about their relationship four years before they married.

One of the reasons for the couple’s temporary breakup in 2007, four years into their relationship, is that William refused to spend New Year’s Eve with the Middletons in 2006.

It apparently devastated Kate, and the two moved further apart in the months that followed until splitting up in April 2007.

“It felt like a wedding that didn’t come in a hurry,” Royal expert Angela Mollard said on an edition of the ROYALS podcast last year.

“They had been together for all those years.

“During that period, they had broken up.

“As a result, they were able to seriously consider whether or not this was a relationship they wanted to pursue in the future.”

According to reports from April 2007, William broke up with Kate over the phone when she was at work.

Kate was seen by one of her former coworkers at the time, according to the Mirror. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
