Fergie ‘excited to be a GRANDMA’ hinting Eugenie and Jack having baby SOON

SARAH Ferguson will be the mother-of-the-bride in 24 hours – but she hints it may not be much longer until she is a grandma.

The former Duchess of York will see her daughter Princess Eugenie marry Jack Brooksbank in a plush Windsor Castle wedding tomorrow.

After tying the knot royal fans will traditional turn their attention to a potential new arrival to the York clan in future.

But Fergie recently hinted those royalists may not have to wait long, after admitting she is already excited to be a grandma.

She recently appeared on The One Show in a rare interview and was asked by the presenters how she felt about the prospect of being a grandmother.

“They are thrilled because I write children’s books and I’m a child, I haven’t grown up”

Fergie then replied that she feels “excellent” – albeit she held back on saying much else.

But when asked how she felt about being a mother-in-law to Jack, she gave further hints as to why she is ready to be a gran.

She said: “They are thrilled because I write children’s books and I’m a child, I haven’t grown up.”

Eugenie has never given any hints about whether or not she wants children – compared to Prince Harry who revealed him and Meghan Markle would like a family one day.

Discussing her relationship with her future son-in-law, Fergie also joked during the interview about how happy she is with Jack’s current job.

“The good news is that Jack works as the European manager for Casamigos tequila, so I’m perfect,” she said.

“He’ll just hand me the tequila and say, ‘Come on, mother-in-law, down it’.”

Gushing even more about her daughter’s future husband, Sarah added: “Jack is a really sort of amazing bringer of light and he brings joy.”

She also poked fun at Jack by reminiscing about a recent time ex-husband Prince Andrew, who she still lives with, shouted at their dog who is also called Jack.

“This is where Andrew’s brilliant, you see, because he’s like, ‘Jack! Get off that chair,’” she said.

“And our Jack, the son-in-law Jack, jumps up and goes, ‘Oh god, what have I done now?!’”
