EMILY HARTRIDGE, who is best known as a TV presenter and YouTube star, died aged 35, but how did she die and what was the cause of death?

Emily Hartridge passed away yesterday at the age of 35 after she was involved in an accident. The TV presenter’s death was announced in a statement on her official Instagram page with 44,000 followers. The message read: “Hi everyone. This is a horrible thing to have to say over Instagram but we know many of you were expecting to see Emily today and this is the only way to contact you all at once. “Emily was involved in an accident yesterday and passed away. We all loved her to bits and she will never be forgotten.

“She has touched so many lives it’s hard to imagine things without her. She was a very special person xxx.”

Express.co.uk has contacted a representative for Emily for comment. 

According to The Sun, the YouTuber was was involved in a fatal collision near her home in South London on Friday.

She was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene at around 8.30am yesterday morning.

Emily founded YouTube series 10 Reasons Why and went on to front the series Oh S**t I’m 30.

She had 343,337 subscribers on her YouTube channel.

Emily interviewed some big names including Hugh Jackman, Amanda Seyfried and Eddie Redmayne as part of her YouTube shows.

Many of the TV personality’s videos featured her boyfriend Jacob Hazell.

The TV personality recently opened up to The Sun about her relationship with the personal trainer.

She explained: “Two weeks before I was due to freeze my eggs in November 2018 I met Jake, 27, a fellow PT. We hit it off and I told him about getting my eggs frozen. Thankfully, he was very open-minded about it.

“However, I’d already started injecting myself with hormones, which didn’t give us the easiest start to our relationship.

“It didn’t affect our sex life, but my moods were all over the place, and some days all I wanted to do was curl up into a ball. But Jake was so supportive and even came with me for my first procedure.”

Emily’s final post on her Instagram page was shared one day ago.

The fitness enthusiast spoke out about a negative comment she received on the social media platform due to her toned physique.

She was pictured in a boxing club in the post and she added the caption: “‘EMILY, ARE YOU A MAN?’ 

“Someone messaged me this on Instagram last week and it doesn’t upset me. 

“I just think it’s LAUGHABLE. This is 2019, how are some of us still stuck in the 1800s. I don’t believe there are such things as ‘Manly’ or ‘feminine’.”
