EASTENDERS’ Maisie Smith showed off her rock hard abs as she danced in a blue bra top and tracksuit bottoms in a TikTok video.
The 19-year-old star referenced her battle with body dysmorphia in the clip, which she previously opened up about in a self-penned song.
In the post, Maisie looks effortlessly cool in a Calvin Klein sports bra, low-rise white joggers, and a yellow backwards cap.
She has her famous flame hair loose and straight around her shoulders, with her toned body fully on display.
The clip starts with Maisie showing off her best moves as she dances to Pop Smoke’s Mood Swings, which has the lyrics “Shorty a lil’ baddie, shorty my lil’ boo thing, and shorty got the fatty.”
Maisie breathes out as the final word repeats, before sadly walking out of shot.
She wrote alongside the video: “When you just vibing and you catch your reflection.”
The actress added in the caption: “And that’s on body dysmorphia”.
In April, the beauty uploaded a video of herself singing a song she’d written about wishing she was thinner as she battled body dysmorphia at the age of 13.
Maisie shot to fame at the age of seven after landing the role of Tiffany Butcher in EastEnders.
In the post, she played guitar and sang: “When I was little I would look in the mirror, holding in my stomach wishing that I was thinner.
“Guess I had a case of body dysmorphia – and I still haven’t shaken it off.”
The NHS describe body dysmorphia as a “mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance” – crucially these “flaws” are unnoticeable to anyone else, and are typically related to weight.
