EASTENDERS’ Davood Ghadami flaunted his bulging biceps as he performed press-ups upside down in a steamy gym video.
The Kush Kazemi star has always been in phenomenal shape and he was hard at work in the gym once again.
The video was posted by CrossFit24, where the actor was recorded doing his workout in a black and white video.
Davood, 38, performed the difficult exercise, but made it look rather easy as he pushed his body to the limit.
The star was not the only thing upside down in the video as the caption was turned in the opposite direction and read: “UPSIDE DOWN MONDAY.”
Ghadami gave himself even more motivation by exercising in front of the gym slogan on the wall which read: “Cross Fit – forcing elite fitness”.
It’s not the first time he has delighted fans with gym updates as showed off his rippling abs while working up a sweat back in July.
Davood displayed his muscular physique while holding himself up on a bar.
Posting the snap on Instagram, he wrote: “When training pays off 💪 Muscle up time!!!! #CrossFit @crossfit.424 #muscleup.”
The father-of-two used his time in lockdown to work on his fitness regimen, focusing on CrossFit workouts and has continued to do so.
Davood’s alter-ego Kush made a cameo in EastEnders’ long-awaited return last night.
He was seen having a coffee with girlfriend Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) who branded Martin Fowler’s (James Bye) new flame Ruby (Louise Lytton) a ‘rebound’ after he left wife Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner).
Speaking of Ruby and Martin, the couple ‘pretended to hold hands’ in socially-distanced filming trick.
The BBC soap tried clever camera trickery to show lovebirds Martin and Ruby be affectionate with one another – but it didn’t quite impress viewers at home.
“Oh how awkward was Ruby and Martin making out they were holding hands? #EastEnders really shouldn’t have gone to this effort,” while another added: “Ok, Martin and Ruby ‘holding hands’ was really lame”.
