Donald Trump mocks Jeff Bezos calling affair scandal-hit Amazon boss ‘Jeff Bozo’

DONALD Trump mocked divorce-hit Amazon boss Jeff Bezos over his affair calling him “Jeff Bozo”.

The president also praised the National Enquirer for exposing the fling which has sparked the most expensive divorce battle in history.

He also mocked the Bezos’ owned newspaper, calling it “the Amazon Washington Post.”

Trump tweeted “So sorry to hear the news about Jeff Bozo.”

“Being taken down by a competitor whose reporting, I understand, is far more accurate than the reporting in his lobbyist newspaper, the Amazon Washington Post.

“Hopefully the paper will soon be placed in better & more responsible hands!”

The “competitor” Trump was referring to was the National Enquirer — which published a story that exposed damning text messages between Bezos and former TV anchor Lauren Sanchez.

Shortly before the story ran, Bezos announced that he is separating from his wife.

The world’s richest man and wife MacKenzie, 48, said their 25-year marriage was over in a joint statement.

Trump has a history with the supermarket tabloid that he praised.

In December, the National Enquirer’s parent company admitted to paying a woman who alleged an affair with Trump.

They said they paid her in order to “suppress the woman’s story” and “prevent it from influencing the election.”

The president did not mention those details in his tweet.

Trump previously mocked Bezos over his $140billion divorce saying “it’s going to be a beauty”.

It has claimed Bezos whisked Sanchez to five-star hotels and exotic locations in his £50million private jet.

Last night the publication alleged that Bezos sent Sanchez X-rated selfies and texts.

The mag said it had seen a “cache of selfies . . . so shocking that we dare not print them”.
