Diana allegedly planned a Megxit-style move to California, which is only 66 miles away from Harry and Meghan’s residence.
According to the former voice coach, Princess Diana’s decision to go to the United States has been echoed by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Before her untimely death in 1997, the Princess of Wales is claimed to have planned a transfer to California, sometimes known as the Golden State. Between 1995 and 1997, Stewart Pearce taught Lady Diana how to sing.
“This was Diana’s future,” the London-born oral expert asserted.
“She mentioned buying a house in Malibu with a view of the Pacific.
“It’s fascinating that Harry and Meghan have chosen to attend.
“To just above Santa Barbara, because that was the region Diana was thinking of, and they’re all really sports-oriented, you see.”
Pearce, whose book Diana: The Voice of Change was launched in January 2020, will speak on American television network PBS this weekend to discuss Lady Diana’s life.
On Sunday, August 8, PBS’s In Their Own Words Diana program will premiere.
Following the outbreak of the coronavirus in 2020, Harry and Meghan moved at the home in Santa Barbara.
Their £11.2 million property is only 66 miles from where Pearce said Diana planned to go to.
The relocation from Frogmore Cottage to Canada to California came at a time when relations between the Duke of Sussex and the Royal Family were at an all-time high.
Sarah Ferguson, on the other hand, claims that if Diana had lived today, she would have spent her time between Montecito and London.
“She’d be traveling between Santa Barbara and Kensington Palace,” the Duchess of York stated.
“When it came to children’s charities, she would also be a champion.”
The Princess of Wales was tragically killed in an automobile accident in Paris in August 1997.
Fergie also remarked in an interview with The Telegraph that her main advice to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was to “be happy.”
When queried by journalists about current happenings inside the Royal Family, Prince Andrew’s ex-wife has remained tight-lipped.
