Despite meeting the jab objective, hospitalization rates for Covid in the United States have risen to a ‘unbelievably terrifying’ level.

Despite accomplishing the jab’s goal, Covid hospitalization rates have grown to a “unbelievably horrifying” level in the United States.

IN THE UNITED STATES, a rise in cases linked to the coronavirus Delta strain has been reported, which one doctor described as “unbelievably horrific.”

The higher incidence of Covid cases linked to the Delta version has caused alarm among doctors in Florida. Florida has emerged as the epicenter of the USA coronavirus, with over 110,000 new cases reported in the previous week. Concerns about the rising number of hospitalizations arose as the US finally met President Biden’s target of vaccinating 70% of adults with at least one vaccine on July 4th.

On Sunday, it was reported that 10,000 people were being treated in Florida hospitals for the illness.

According to France 24, the vast majority of those seeking treatment are unvaccinated.

Dr. Aileen Marty, an infectious disease expert, told France 24: “The numbers that we’re seeing are astonishing.”

“They’re mind-bogglingly terrifying.”

US health officials have labeled the recent increase in Covid cases in the United States a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.”

According to Rochelle Walensky, Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “communities that are effectively immunized are generally faring well” (CDC).

“As much as we want to be done with this pandemic, Covid-19 is clearly not done with us, so we’ll have to keep fighting.”

Fears over the new Delta type have sparked a new round of responses at the state level in the United States.

The mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio, has urged residents to continue wearing facial coverings indoors.

Mr. de Blasio stated, “We want to aggressively encourage individuals to wear a mask in indoor conditions, even if they are vaccinated.”

“Of course, if you’re going to be around someone who hasn’t been vaccinated, this is especially true.”

New York also plans to make vaccination mandatory for all consumers and staff of restaurants, gyms, and other indoor establishments.

At least one immunization dose has been received by approximately 60% of New York residents.

In the United States, 72,000 new Covid cases are recorded every day.

These figures are still lower than those recorded in early January 2021, when the pandemic was at its apex in the United States.

During the peak of the outbreak, the CDC reported up to 250,000 new cases every day.
