CANELO VS GGG 2 gets underway tonight – and Starsport has all the results here, including from the undercard.
The rematch is finally here after a year of waiting.
Gennady Golovkin and Saul Alvarez last sparred 16 September 2017 but a controversial draw left neither party happy with the result.
And a rematch was quickly put together for May 5, but there would be another twist to the tale.
Canelo tested positive for an illegal substance named clenbuterol and was subsequently banned for a year backdating to the first fight.
British boxing legend Ricky Hatton reckons Golovkin will overcome his nemesis.
He said: “If I was going to edge for one of them, I’d edge for Golovkin.
“Because, even though he’s a power-punching machine, he’s also a very clever and intelligent fighter.
“He’s so good with his feet and if one of them has got the boxing brain to change their gameplan from the first fight, then Golvkin has more of that.”
