Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, swears by a workout that Princess Diana also enjoys.

CAMILLA, DUCHESS OF CORNWALL, turned 74 this summer and remains as busy as ever with her royal duties. The future Queen Consort stays limber and ready to go by doing an exercise that Princess Diana also enjoys.

As ordinary Britons acclimate to their home offices, the Duchess of Cornwall has ventured out with her husband for royal responsibilities for the past year and a half. People recently saw her on the red carpet with other royals for the James Bond premiere, and her work is expected to grow in the coming years. Regular exercise is one way she keeps her energy levels up, and she just revealed her favorite type.

The royal recently attended an event honoring the Royal Academy of Dance’s 100th anniversary.

In mid-June, she toured the V&A with Strictly Come Dancing great Dame Darcy Bussell as part of the celebration.

“On Point: Royal Academy of Dance at 100” is an exhibition at the museum that will run through May 2022.

The couple talked about their love of dance while they were there, and the Duchess shared her own experience.

During lockdown, she mentioned that she started doing the Silver Swan ballet routine for over 55s.

Dame Brussell stated she was “totally addicted” and knew “a little barre work” in an interview.

“I got it this afternoon,” the Duchess added. I’m utterly sucked in.

“I adore it… We’re kind of strewn throughout the area.” “We don’t have a bar, so it’s considerably more difficult.” Many royals, notably Princes Harry and William’s mother, Princess Diana, have acquired ballet as a long-term love over the years.

Her passion for ballet was included in one of the many beautiful clips from this season of The Crown.

Viewers will recall her spectacular performance of Billy Joel’s ‘Uptown Girl.’

From their perch in the royal box, the royals saw a gala performance at the Royal Opera House in December 1985.

Halfway through the performance, the little Princess rose from her seat and walked onto the stage.

She went through “top secret” rehearsals with dancer Wayne Sleep, who joined her on stage in front of 2,500 people.

Mr Sleep subsequently recalled Diana’s ability to leave the thousands of people in attendance “speechless.”

Mr Sleep spoke to the Guardian about his collaboration with her.

He replied he thought he may at first. “Brinkwire News Summary.”
