BORIS Johnson was seen hiking with his son Wilfred – as pictures of his Scottish Highlands holiday were shared by fiancée Carrie Symonds.
Miss Symonds shared a snap to Instagram today of the PM strolling with baby Wilfred strapped to his chest.
In one touching snap, Carrie and Boris are all smiles as she holds their Jack Russell dog Dilyn and Boris carries baby Wilfred.
Another image shows Carrie, who has over 2,000 followers on Instagram, sport a cosy woollen jumper as she poses in front of scenic Applecross Bay with her son in her arms.
And one picture shows her gazing at the scenic hills as she holds Dilyn – who was rescued as a puppy from a breeder in South Wales in 2018.
The PM had taken Carrie and the new baby on the Scottish break following a traumatic six months.
But The Sun revealed that Boris was forced to pack up his tent and come home after his Scottish holiday location was leaked.
It was his first getaway since the start of the coronavirus pandemic which saw him fall seriously ill with Covid-19 shortly before his son’s birth at the end of April.
But the windswept location was leaked when photos of his secluded Highland cottage and tent were published.
Bodyguards said it wasn’t safe for the family to stay on and it is understood they flew home on Thursday after just three days.
Located on the seashore, The Old School has views towards the islands of Raasay, Rona and Skye and costs £1,600 a week to rent in high season.
The cosy three-bed cottage has a woodburning stove and understated furniture.
The property has wood panelled walls and is adorned with watercolour paintings.
Dogs are allowed so Boris, 56, and Carrie, 32, were able to take their two-year-old Jack Russell cross Dilyn with them.
Mr Johnson had planned to spend a week in the countryside, but locals tipped off paparazzi and pictures appeared that clearly identified where he was.
One local saw Boris and Carrie enjoying a walk with a local guide, his security team and an unknown woman who was walking Dilyn.
A witness said: “It just looked like any other normal family day out.”
The Prime Minister is expected to be back next week.
However his exact date of return has yet to be confirmed.
