CCTV footage shows the crazy moment when robbers crashed a truck through a retail center’s doors and took an ATM.
Following an incident on Amazon Drive in Baldivis, in the south of Perth, at around two in the morning on March 19, detectives have issued a request for information.
A blue Nissan ute smashes through the glass doors and reverses into the ATM, toppling it, according to CCTV footage taken inside the center.
While the driver moved the ute, two all-black-clad men hurried to the cash machine and secured it with a heavy chain.
Then it was observed that the ATM was being pulled toward the direction of the entryway.
Constable Alex Lowe told reporters, “Detectives believe the offenders are local to the Baldivis area.” “Ram raids are deliberate and dangerous offenses which can create significant risk to public safety including employees, security personnel, and members of the public who may be in the vicinity.”We won’t put up with this behavior.
