After missing this year’s BAFTA Television Awards, Stacey Solomon performed songs on karaoke with Olivia Attwood and Rochelle Humes in a Miami club on Sunday.
The 36-year-old TV personality posted a number of boisterous videos to Instagram from a marketing trip, in which she rapped the iconic Shaggy hit, “It Wasn’t Me,” before joining the bar for a Coyote Ugly moment to sing “Can’t Fight the Moonlight.”
After receiving outrage for sharing an angry tirade about losing at last year’s ceremony, Stacey decided to skip the BAFTAs.
She also flew to the United States for a brand-new adventure with Space NK after leaving London for a more sunny climate.
“I’m sorry but when you’re in America with the girliest of girls girls, it’s only right you do Coyote Ugly on the bar,” Stacey said in an amusing post about their night out on her Story.
Olivia was joined by her sister Jemma and Perrie Sian, who also seized the chance to leap on the bar.

They were among a number of well-known figures who were not present on the red carpet this year, as others were also on the opulent US vacation.
Along with her sister Jemma and her two eldest sons, Stacey has been sharing videos of her stay in Miami on Instagram. Most recently, she posted a funny video of herself flaunting her new waterproof footwear.
She was dismayed when her show Sort Your Life Out did not win the 2025 BAFTA Television Awards’ Factual Entertainment category last year.
Fans reacted negatively to Stacey’s online tirade against the BAFTA judges after the defeat, calling her a “bad loser” and claiming her team had been “robbed” of the award.
Stacey and her husband Joe Swash walked the red carpet at the BAFTAs last year, but when her program didn’t win a coveted gong, it caused controversy.
Rob and Rylan’s Grand Tour, starring Rylan Clark and Rob Rinder, won the Factual Entertainment BAFTA, despite her show Sort Your Life Out being a nominee.
“We didn’t win a BAFTA,” Stacey said in a video, venting her anger over her BAFTA defeat and taking aim at the award show’s executives. And I’ll be honest, I’m upset, even though I know I should handle it like a champ,” she said.
“I’m sorry but when you’re in America with the girliest of girls girls, it’s only right you do Coyote Ugly on the bar,” Stacey said in a humorous post on her Story about their night out.
“I’m not handling it very well, I’m not taking it very gracefully—I’m devastated,” she said, laughing at her response. Everyone came dressed up and was extremely hopeful, I believe because they work so hard. I am devastated for our entire squad, like I’m just gutted for our team. Sort Your Life Out is a difficult show to produce, but the team worked really hard to make it happen, and they deserve the BAFTA. “I’m devastated that the Sort Your Life Out team deserves a BAFTA.” I’m not saying that everyone else didn’t deserve their BAFTAs; in fact, everyone did. “People think making TV is really easy and it’s not, so everyone deserves recognition.” However, I feel like my entire Sort Your Life Out family deserves a BAFTA, so I’m simply devastated for them. I’ll be honest: I’m devastated!
“We’ll pack up a house and within seven days that house is packed up, into vans, over to a warehouse, laid out on the floor, we go through it meticulously, we make sure it doesn’t just get chucked away,” she continued, describing the steps involved in putting on their performance. We recycle, donate, and resell items. We strive to put everything back into systems so that families can go on.
She also praised the families that volunteer their time and let TV viewers into their homes, particularly when doing so puts them at danger of criticism.

“I’m gutted!” exclaimed a furious Stacey, who then praised her entire team and mentioned that they intended to give it their all for series six.
Then, fans encouraged the BBC presenter to “grow up” and that she had “got too big for her boots,” claiming that Stacey was beginning to “show her true colours” in contrast to her typically innocent manner.
“She’s not as wholesome as she comes across; it’s called life, Stacey, so get a grip; be grateful for where you are and remember where you came from,” they wrote. Grow up and quit whining. Avoid being a terrible loser. Some were superior. You shut up and smile; first-world issues of the 1%;
“Showing her true colors—worthy of being cancelled; Get real, Stace.” Getting too big for her, in my opinion, doesn’t mean you deserve it just because you want it.
It’s acceptable to be disappointed for the team, but it’s absurd to believe that your hard work should have earned you a BAFTA. You accepted the position. I’m sure I’ll be well compensated for it. Many genuinely hard-working folks don’t expect or even believe they deserve a reward, let alone receive a good wage.
Some, on the other hand, thought Stacey was merely “disappointed for her team” and was being “refreshingly honest.”
