Kris Fade, a star of Virgin Radio Dubai, has acknowledged that he is in talks with ARN about possibly taking over the cancelled Kyle and Jackie O breakfast program.
Co-host Craig Bruce disclosed on the GameChangers show that he had a conversation with Fade at Radio Days Toronto, during which he addressed claims that he was involved with the high-profile opening.
Fade acknowledged that he “had a conversation with ARN,” but he clarified that there was “nothing on the table in terms of a specific offer” and that it was still in the negotiation stage.
Renowned radio executive and pundit Bruce also supported Fade’s long-term prospects in the Australian market, stating that he had “never been so convinced of another human being’s potential as this man.”
Due to his prior experience fronting syndicated programming in Australia, Fade is already well-known to both Australian audiences and ARN’s KIIS FM network.
The Kris Fade Show Around Australia, a nationally televised Sunday program that ran for a number of years, was introduced by KIIS FM in 2018.
Kris Fade (pictured), a star of Virgin Radio Dubai, has acknowledged that he is in negotiations with ARN about possibly taking over the cancelled Kyle and Jackie O breakfast program.
Despite losing his permanent position in Australia, Fade has continued to be visible thanks to frequent appearances on podcasts and a robust social media following.
With his participation on the Netflix reality series Dubai Bling, Fade has established a substantial entertainment profile in the Middle East outside of radio.
His international popularity has been further enhanced by the expansion of his public presence into business partnerships and tourism initiatives.
He was so well-known in the area that Madame Tussauds Dubai even honoured him with a wax figurine.
For a while now, the industry has been speculating that Fade was being prepared for the role of plum breakfast.
There was new talk last month that a well-known radio personality may fill the void left by The Kyle and Jackie O Show’s cancellation on KIIS FM.
There are many whispers in the industry that Fade, who conducts his wildly popular breakfast program in Dubai, would be enticed to join ARN provided he receives a significant compensation package.
Numerous prominent figures in Hollywood are close pals of the 46-year-old Lebanese-Australian.

There was new rumour this month that a well-known radio personality might replace The Kyle and Jackie O Show on KIIS FM. Pictured are Kyle Sandilands and Jackie “O” Henderson.
According to a source who spoke to nine.com.au, “Kris Fade is the biggest name in entertainment in Dubai.”He has conducted interviews with the top celebrities in Hollywood, including Will Smith and Kim Kardashian. They went on, “Smith actually assisted him in proposing to his wife.”
There are a few issues: Fade and his family “are in the process of building their forever home in Dubai from the ground up,” and the radio personality would require a substantial financial inducement to go back to Australia after establishing himself in the UAE.
The brother of Gogglebox star Matty Fahd, Kristian “Kris” Fade debuted on reality TV with the Netflix series Dubai Bling.
In the meantime, it’s possible that Kyle Sandilands may compete with Fade; rumours are also circulating that the shock jock would return to the air in a matter of weeks.
According to reports, the radio personality is getting ready to take back his position at KIIS FM, but without Jackie “O” Henderson, his former co-star.
As his $100 million case moves closer to a settlement, Sandilands is apparently in negotiations with ARN to return to his breakfast show.
