Kai, the teenage granddaughter of President Donald Trump, has been given a restraining order against her accused stalker, who is 26 years old.
According to TMZ, the 19-year-old daughter of Don Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa Trump filed a Florida petition against Gabriel Garza Jr. in April.
During a court appearance, Kai described Garza as a homeless man who lived in his car in Jupiter and Palm Beach County.
During a hearing on May 14, a judge extended the temporary restraining order that Kai had been given in April until May 2027.
Garza is prohibited by the order from engaging in any illegal activity that could cause bodily harm or death, including stalking and cyberstalking.
The accused stalker is prohibited from approaching Kai’s residence or place of employment within 500 feet.
On May 4, Trump’s granddaughter declared her intention to enroll at the University of Miami, where Garza is allegedly prohibited from approaching her.
In order to avoid missing her last day of high school, Kai asked that the hearing be rescheduled from its original date of April 30 to the following Thursday.

Additionally, Reyes allegedly told police that he was searching for Trump because he wanted to discuss “the gospel.”
While his granddaughter was on vacation in the Bahamas, the president was in Washington, D.C.

Shortly after the 48-year-old revealed she had received a breast cancer diagnosis, she was recently seen with her mother.
On Sunday, Vanessa and Kai were spotted walking through a West Palm Beach, Florida, mall.
In a Wednesday Instagram post, the mother claimed to have had a “procedure” earlier in the week.
After graduating from high school, Kai declared her intention to enroll at the University of Miami.
During her grandfather’s 2024 campaign, Kai became well-known by attending rallies, giving speeches, and sharing behind-the-scenes photos with her social media followers.

The daughter shared a picture of herself with her mother in her blue gown and cap on her own Instagram Stories, captioning it, “The strongest person I know.”
She also posted a video of herself getting ready for her graduation, in which her mother said, “I can’t believe she’s graduating today.”
In pictures exclusively obtained by the Daily Mail, Kai was seen having supper at the famous New York City restaurant The Mark with her grandma, Bonnie Haydon, and aunt, Veronika Haydon.
