What is “the hardest thing I’ve ever been through,” according to James Jordan?
Strictly Come Dancing pro JAMES JORDAN, 43, who also championed skating by winning ITV’s Dancing On Ice in 2019, said he was in a “very dark place” following his father’s death.
His father Allan tragically left just weeks before he was to welcome his first child into the world, leaving James suffering from anxiety attacks and great physical stress. Being so close to his father, James’ inability to attend this hospital on a regular basis owing to Coronavirus made things even more difficult. This meant that as soon as the professional dancer learned of his father’s terminal illness, he began grieving for him.
James recently discussed his father’s fight with a brain tumor on Loose Women.
James, who was just 67 years old at the time of his death, described his father’s tumor as “cruel.”
“I wasn’t very good,” he said. It put me in a very sad place, and the day I found out Dad was going to die, I began grieving.
“I was mourning for a year, then we lost him, and you have to grieve all over again. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had.”
They are assigned a grade based on how severe they are, with one being the least severe and three and four being the most severe.
The malignant brain tumors are those that are assigned the highest grades and are more likely to recur following therapy.
James’ mental health continued to deteriorate even after his father died.
“For a year, I sobbed almost every day. That is something I have no qualms about stating. My father was a good friend of mine, and I will miss him every day.” According to the star.
“You don’t know what people are going through unless you go through it yourself, and it’s really horrifying.”
In a separate interview with The Sun, James discussed the power of grief.
“I wanted to feel the excitement and elation of having a kid,” he explained, “but having a baby with my dad meant it was probably the darkest and most miserable moment of my life.”
Today would have been my wonderful father’s birthday, and I miss him so much!!!
James was not only grieving, but he was also having panic attacks.
He described waking up in the middle of the night. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
