When it comes to exercise, Alex says that selecting the correct training program is the greatest way to make sure you get the most out of your sessions.
“Thinking that ‘more is better’ when it comes to lifting weights is a pretty prevalent mistake,” the expert stated. The concept of ‘junk volume’ is quite prevalent, with many people believing that the more reps and sets they do, the better – this is incorrect.
“After a certain point, there are diminishing returns, and lifting greater weights will not result in increased strength or muscular mass. Consult a skilled trainer to choose the best training program for you and your objectives.
