“Fruits, veggies, and nutritious grains will give slow-release energy to keep you on your feet throughout the day,” she stated.
“Try sweet potatoes, brown rice and pasta, and whole grain breads as healthier carbs.
“Healthy proteins like chicken, salmon, tuna, and eggs will provide you more energy for a longer period of time.
