Although the excessive amounts of elf ales and prancer prosecco are likely to leave you feeling a little tipsy, one expert suggests that there is a simple remedy to your headache.
According to the NHS, men and women should consume no more than 14 units of alcohol each week.

The drink, which is packed with antioxidants and pure extracts that have been scientifically tested to promote a healthy liver and detoxify your body naturally, took the specialists a year to design.
Another approach to prepare your body for holiday drinking is to eat a well-balanced diet, according to Nicci.
She advised that you try to limit your intake of foods that could hurt your liver.
“Don’t only eat items that boost liver health; eliminate the unhealthy from your life,” Nicci said.
She suggested cutting back on fatty items like takeout, cakes, and sweets, as well as salty dishes like bacon.
She did, however, suggest avoiding alcohol and starchy foods like pasta and white bread.
