According to University of Washington research, SUPERCENTENARIANS live to be 110 years old or even older, and the frequency of such extended life expectancy is expected to rise.

In partnership with the Gerontology Research Group (GRG), the Ageing Analytics Agency developed an eye-opening theory: “After the age of 80, lifestyle plays essentially little role in health and longevity.” Genetic factors are considered to play a role in advancing aging beyond this point. The goal is to reach 80 years old in the first place — and to do so in excellent health. What is the best way to accomplish this?
