Paige Sandhu’s health: What is the Emmerdale actress’s unusual healing technique?

Paige Sandhu, who plays Meena Jutla on ITV soap Emmerdale, has spoken openly about her issues with mental health and anxiety, despite the evil character she portrays.

Her character has taken a nasty turn since joining the Emmerdale cast last year, bringing turmoil to the fictional community. Even Emmerdale bosses were concerned about Paige’s portrayal of a psychopathic killer, but Paige told The Mirror that it’s the differences between her and the character she plays that excite her.

After only two episodes of Doctors and a one-off cameo in Endeavour, she earned the dream job.

She added that she was “a really worried person” when she first graduated from theater school.

“I was struggling because I couldn’t find work. The anxiousness manifested itself as insomnia. The actress said, “Life was difficult and a battle.”

This isn’t the first time the young actress has addressed mental health issues.

“Perhaps they aren’t a good match for you, but perhaps they are. All I want to accomplish with this is to clear up some misunderstandings.”

Listening to podcasts and reading books were among the actress’s self-help suggestions.

“I’m concentrating on all of the things I’m grateful for and value in my life. I’m writing it all down in my journal. Paige said, “I’m having a solo dance party [sic].”

“These are some of the things that I’ve seen assist me change my mindset. I hope you’re all keeping themselves in good health.”

Paige has had some progress in therapy during her fights with mental illness.

This contains the one-of-a-kind tapping therapy technique.

Mental Freedom Technique (EFT) is a technique for dealing with physical pain and emotional anguish.

It entails tapping on pressure spots on the head and face to bring your energy into equilibrium.

“Tapping on different parts of the body helps balance energy and relieve physical and emotional pain,” says Gary Craig, the creator of EFT.

Jessica Ortner, the founder of the YouTube channel The Tapping Solution, creates online lessons that teach individuals how to “tap” in the appropriate spots.

Paige Sandhu (@paige sandhu) shared a post.

Paige said of the therapy, “I’d tap on the train or bus on my way to auditions.” People would stare at me with the strangest expressions.”

Paige isn’t the only one who’s been tapped. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
