MEGHAN MARKLE’S fitness and diet plan has been revealed in previously unseen interviews with the Duchess of Sussex, and she suggests one type of activity in particular.

Lilibet, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s second child, was born three months ago. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their first public appearance as a family of four last week in New York, and Meghan exuded confidence while wearing a range of clothes. However, it was disclosed in a previous appearance, when they were still senior working royals, that Meghan, like many new mothers, had body concerns. Meghan, on the other hand, appears to be glowing thanks to Harry’s reassurance as well as a nutritious diet and training routine.

When Prince Harry and Meghan met 10-year-old Emmie Narayn-Nicholas (who received an award for her idea Emmie’s Kitchen) at an event to see her a few months after giving birth to Archie, they expressed how much they liked the idea of her kitchen.

“They were quite wonderful,” Eve continued to reporters.

“We’re all so busy and juggling so many things, but I always set aside an hour to unwind, watch mindless TV, cuddle with my dogs, and enjoy a glass of wine.”

“It’s all part of the package. It’s a delicate balancing act,” she remarked.

“My health, my state of mind, the pleasure you get after a workout,” the prince added, “all of these things push me to walk onto my mat or go to the gym.”
