‘Key thing to focus on,’ says a gut health therapist, when it comes to relieving constipation pain.

A hut health authority told This website that CONSTIPATION pain can be relieved by following a few key methods.

Constipation can be relieved by avoiding certain drinks and practicing meditation, according to a gut health expert.

Eve Kalinik is a nutritionist who has written two books about gut health.

She has dedicated her career to improving gut health through diet and is a gut health specialist for KLLA Probiotics.

She talked to this website about how to get rid of constipation.

“Dietary fiber is really the most important thing to focus on in order to support regular gut movement,” Eve said.

“We need about 30g of dietary fiber per day, which is about one piece of fruit, six portions of vegetables, two servings of whole grains, and three portions of nuts and seeds in real terms.”

It’s easier than you might think to increase your fiber intake, and it could have significant health benefits for your gut.

“That may seem like a daunting task, but if you consider adding a spoonful of nut butter to porridge oats, along with a serving of berries, sprinkling seeds over your vegetables, and aiming for a mix of three different types of vegetables at lunch and supper, you’ve pretty much met your quota,” Eve explained.

However, there is a caveat to including more fiber in your diet.

“If you’re not used to eating so much fiber, my advice is to start slowly and gradually increase your fiber intake,” Eve said. “If you go too quickly, you might experience unpleasant gut symptoms like excessive bloating and gas.”

Aside from fiber, a variety of other lifestyle changes can help alleviate and reduce constipation.

“It’s also critical to make sure you’re getting enough water, which is critical when increasing fiber intake, but also because dehydration can cause constipation on its own.”

“Aim for around twp litres per day, which can include herbal teas but not caffeinated beverages or alcohol, which are diuretics.”

“Aside from food, high levels of stress can also contribute to altered gut movement, so try to engage in regular mindful practices like yoga, meditation, and walking to help with this.”
