Is it possible that you have arthritis because of the color of your skin?

Arthritis: Do you have it? The color on your skin that can indicate the condition.

ARTHRITIS is a common condition characterized by joint pain and inflammation.

More than ten million people in the United Kingdom suffer from arthritis or other joint disorders, though the signs and symptoms vary.

Unfortunately, some people with arthritis experience excruciating pain, and it can affect people of all ages.

According to the NHS, living with arthritis can sometimes mean completing daily tasks that are painful and difficult.

Depending on the type of arthritis you have, your symptoms will differ.

The most common type of arthritis in the UK is osteoarthritis, which affects around eight million people, while rheumatoid arthritis affects over 400,000 people.

Women are three times more likely than men to develop rheumatoid arthritis between the ages of 40 and 50.

The Mayo Clinic has compiled a list of the most common signs and symptoms of arthritis in the joints.

“A joint is where two or more bones meet, such as in the fingers, knees, and shoulders,” says Versus Arthritis.

Joints keep bones in place while allowing them to move freely within certain parameters.”

“Most of our body’s joints are surrounded by a strong capsule,” the charity says.

The capsule contains a thick fluid that lubricates the joint.

“Our bones are kept in place by these capsules.

Ligaments assist them in this.

They remind me of very strong elastic bands.”

Pain, stiffness, swelling, and decreased range of motion are all signs and symptoms of arthritis, according to the Mayo Clinic.

You should also be on the lookout for a certain color, which is redness.

According to the Arthritis Foundation (AF), there are “four important warning signs that should prompt you to speak with a healthcare provider.”

“The first is a throbbing pain that can last for weeks or months.

It can happen at any time, whether you’re sitting or moving.

“Pain can occur in a single area of the body or in multiple locations,” the advice states.

Stiffness is another “classic arthritis symptom,” particularly when waking up in the morning or after sitting at a desk or driving for a long time.

“Morning stiffness that lasts more than an hour is a good reason to suspect arthritis,” the AF says.

There are two more important factors to consider.
