NEW RESEARCH HAS FOUND A DRINK THAT CAN HELP US FIGHT INflammation while also boosting our immune system. Not only that, but the drink has chemicals that “may help with blood pressure reduction.”

According to Dr. Carrie Ruxton, a glass of pure fruit juice contains vitamin C, folate, and potassium, which can “lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of stroke.” So, what is the healthiest beverage for you? “Human trials show that drinking orange juice reduces inflammation,” says Professor Philip Calder. The co-author of the new study, a Southampton University professor of nutritional immunology, stressed the significance of the findings.
