GEMMA COLLINS’ weight reduction journey has astounded followers throughout the years. The star of The Only Way Is Essex has recently re-started her fitness journey and has shared her at-home exercise regimens on social media.

Gemma Collins has been vocal about her weight reduction efforts over the years, claiming to have shed three stone when she competed on Dancing on Ice in 2019. With gyms closed and many people focusing on their health this year, the TOWIE star has posted a series of internet training videos.

Gemma’s weight loss journey began when she first appeared on TOWIE in 2011.

She struggled to keep the weight off after losing a lot of weight, so she went on a juice diet and lost another three stone.

The actress has also tried hypnotherapy and other weight-loss techniques.

Gemma has now added additional exercise to her routine as well as calorie counting to her diet.

Exercising is essential for weight loss since it aids in the creation of a larger calorie deficit.

A calorie deficit occurs when a person burns more calories than they consume each day.

Gemma used training ropes in her yard for one of her workout routines, which she posted to Instagram.

“Good morning guys, it’s the GC, and I just wanted to let you know that we’re going to be out of lockdown shortly, and it’s not about how you look, it’s about how you feel,” she added.

“I’ve been training since 7:30 this morning, yeah it’s Saturday, yes I should probably go shopping, but you know what? I’ve liked the lockdown because of the time it’s given me, and I’ve made so many positive adjustments in my life, so many strides in the right direction.

“I’m just dropping in briefly because if anyone isn’t feeling inspired today, I hope I can inspire you to get on the ropes and squat thrust like I am.”

Exercise ropes can be used to target the arms, abdomen, back, and glutes as well as the upper back muscles.

They’re also quite adaptable and can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time.
