Expert argues that Rebel Wilson’s weight loss is due to a high-protein diet.

REBEL WILSON has lost a significant amount of weight in the last few years, reportedly around five stone. A fitness guru spoke exclusively to This website about her change.

Rebel Wilson is well-known for her work as a comedian, actor, and writer. She has discussed her weight loss journey over the last year, and a fitness expert has provided insight into some of the food and exercise routines she may have followed.

When it came to getting in shape, the actress said she adopted a high-protein diet.

Fitness expert and CEO of Bio-Synergy Daniel Herman told This website that a change in Rebel’s diet and exercise may have helped her lose weight.

He discussed her metamorphosis as well as her aim to enhance her health.

“When thinking about what Rebel has accomplished, I think it’s important to remember that she set a goal to get healthy and fit publicly a year ago,” Daniel said.

He went on to add that intermittent fasting may have aided her transformation.

“Based on the physical improvements, it appears Rebel made a significant shift to her diet and developed a more positive attitude with food, which could have been aided by following an intermittent fasting diet like 16:8,” Daniel explained.
