“Swap potatoes for a delectable Cilembu sweet potato to obtain three times more vitamin C and calcium than other potato varieties,” the experts stated.
“Cilembu sweet potatoes are endemic to Indonesia and have a sweet, honey-like flavor.
“Eating a wider variety of similar meals strengthens the food system while also supplying more nutrients.”
