‘Don’t eat!’ Crisps are being recalled by Tesco, Asda, and Sainsbury’s.

Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, and Waitrose have all issued a food recall for crisps. The food item contains allergens that aren’t listed on the label.

Customers were asked to return the crisps to retailers after receiving a food recall notice. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, and Waitrose all carry the product.

The Sea Salt flavor of the crisps is the only one affected by the recall.

It’s possible that certain batches contain milk that isn’t specified on the label.

Anyone with an allergy or intolerance could face a major health risk as a result of this.

Some Sea Salt bags were accidentally packed with Sour Cream and Onion flavor Popchips due to a production error.

The producer, KP Snacks, has issued a warning.

“We have noticed that a limited number of our popchips 85g Salted sharing bags may include Sour Cream & Onion flavor popchips that contain milk, which is not specified on the Salted bag label,” according to a statement from KP Snacks.

“We are looking to recall bags since this may constitute a health risk to anyone who are allergic to milk or milk constituents.”

Customers should look for bags that have a best before date of July 2022.

KP Snacks has notified relevant allergy organizations about the recall so that their members are aware of it.

Customers with food allergies or intolerances are advised not to consume the items.

Instead, customers can return the snack to the retailer or contact the manufacturer for a refund.

“Do not consume these if you have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk ingredients or follow a vegan diet and have purchased this product with the pack code as indicated above.”

Customers will receive a full refund if they return their items.

Only the batch codes on the list are allowed to be returned, and confirmation of the impacted packs is required.

There are no other Popchips products that have been harmed.

To provide more information, point of sale notices have been distributed to stores where the item is stocked.
