Catherine once underwent a massive weight reduction makeover and shed six stone.
At the age of 18, the Coronation Street actress weighed 15 stone and wore a size 22.
She has recently dropped down to a size eight and dazzled on the 2019 season of Strictly Come Dancing.
Catherine has already discussed how working long shifts contributed to her developing bad eating habits.
“On night shoots, there are a lot of pies and bacon sandwiches floating around,” the Corrie star explained.
She worked with Ultimate Performance and followed a training regimen designed by the firm.
The mother of one enjoys going to the gym and has followed the brand’s diet plan.
“I think it’s about developing a lifestyle,” she previously stated.
“You must nourish your body with the correct food if you want to maintain a healthy weight and feel good about yourself.”
Catherine is now on a stringent workout regimen.
