“An employer may perceive it as ‘less dangerous’ to reject a job applicant who cannot give proof of vaccination because they will not have the service required to pursue an unfair dismissal claim, but the discriminatory risk remains,” he said.
However, some organizations will require staff to be fully vaccinated.
Unless they are medically exempt or pregnant, care home personnel in England will be required to be completely vaccinated from November 11th.
