But, at the age of 74, what does Camilla eat on a daily basis to maintain her youthful appearance and stay in such good shape?

Fresh eggs are a big part of the royal couple’s breakfast menu because Prince Charles keeps his own chickens at Highgrove.

Camilla’s son, Tom Parker-Bowles, claims that his mother loves scrambled eggs, so we’re guessing this is a breakfast staple.

One of Charles’ favorite brunch recipes, cheesy baked eggs, was also shared on Clarence House’s official Instagram page, and it looked delicious.

For the royal couple, it’s a protein-rich start to the day.

Charles and Camilla place a high value on eating organically, as evidenced by the wide variety of produce grown at their Highgrove estate.

Camilla discussed the importance of eating healthy during a recent trip to Singapore, revealing that she aims to consume as many healthy fats as possible.

According to Woman and Home magazine, this includes avocados, fish, and almonds.

As a result, the Duchess’ lunches are likely to be filled with fresh, organic salads and fish.

Royal fans will also be aware that the 74-year-old consumes dairy products.

Camilla previously stated that “clean eating” is “the worst thing to do” during a visit to London to commemorate the Royal Osteoporosis Society’s launch.

“It’s this ridiculous dieting,” she explained, “cutting out dairy and all the good things for your bones.”

Camilla’s dinner preferences have been revealed over the years by personal chefs and family members, and it appears that she is a big fan of good, hearty British food.

“They were always very thrifty and economical,” Carolyn Robb, a former royal chef, said of the Prince and Duchess to Racked.

“If we made roasted lamb and had leftovers the next night, we’d probably make shepherd’s pie.”
