ALISON HAMMOND has lost a significant amount of weight in the last few years. But how did she manage to achieve it? “Because I have dark areas on my face, I’ve never loved it without make-up, but now I’m completely in love with myself and falling in love with myself while on vacation.

“I don’t need make-up to be attractive since I am already attractive. Yes! Please join me in my quest for self-love!” The presenter mentioned that she changed her diet by eating more healthy meals, fruits and vegetables, and drinking more water.

“One thing I’ve done differently is drink more water,” Alison explained.

“I didn’t realize that I was frequently snacking because I was thirsty. I now aim to drink at least two litres of water every day, which makes me feel a lot better.

“Secondly,” the host remarked, “I’m getting a little more exercise.”

“I’ve hired a personal trainer, and he’s incredible. I work at my own pace; we do circuits, which I thoroughly enjoy.” Alison mentioned that her mother’s own health issues were the driving force behind her weight loss.
