After being cancelled last year, Pizza Hut has brought back their famed buffet.
PIZZA HUT has announced that its famed buffet will reopen after being canceled due to the pandemic last year. With the lifting of lockdown restrictions in England, fans may once again get their hands on their favorite pizza choices.
Buffets at restaurants were phased away last year as the pandemic forced Britons to maintain social distance and eat their meals alone. With the lifting of restrictions in England, companies such as Pizza Hut have announced the reintroduction of their buffets.
Because most of the coronavirus limitations have been lifted, Pizza Hut’s all-you-can-eat buffet has reopened in England.
The restaurant business has stated that it will maintain a variety of hygiene and cleaning practices throughout its locations.
This will ensure that both employees and customers are kept as safe as possible.
Buffets are provided in England starting at 3 p.m. on weekdays.
Margherita, Pepperoni, Hawaiian, BBQ Americano, Simply Veg, Veggie HOT One, Spicy Chicken, and Classic Chicken are among the eight pizzas available, according to Pizza Hut.
Each Pizza Hut will also have its own customized manager’s pizza.
“We are pleased to be able to finally put our guests back in charge and give them their favorite buffet back,” said Kathryn Austin, Pizza Hut’s chief people and marketing officer.
“We’d want to express our gratitude to our dedicated team members in huts around the UK for their tireless efforts over the last 18 months.
“While we rejoice with the reintroduction of our much-loved limitless choices, the safety of our guests and team members is our first priority, and we urge that all of our customers dine responsibly.”
Pizza Hut’s “Bluffet” option is available to customers dining in Scotland and Wales.
Customers will still be able to order unlimited pizza, spaghetti, salads, and tortilla chips, all of which will be delivered right to their table.
Buffets are making a comeback in England, according to social media users.
“The buffet is back #PizzaHut,” one user said.
“I don’t want Pizza Hut lunch buffet….I need Pizza Hut lunch buffet,” wrote another.
“I need to go back to the Pizza Hut buffet because it brings back so many memories,” remarked a third.
Customers will pay £8.99 for the adult buffet and £5.99 for the children’s buffet.
This is up from the previous buffet costs of £7.95 for adults and £4.95 for children.
