GLASGOW-based creative agency MadeBrave has strengthened its board as it targets further international growth.
The firm, founded in 2012 by entrepreneur Andrew Dobbie, has brought in healthcare specialist Jenny Plant and former WPP senior executive Philip Lancaster. The duo join chief operating officer Stephen Weir and chief financial officer Mark Probert on the board.
Ms Plant has 30 years’ experience in marketing and advertising, including a spell leading Publicis LifeBrands. Mr Lancaster has held senior roles with JWT, Bates Group and WPP during 35 years in client leadership.
Mr Dobbie said: “The appointments of Jenny and Philip strengthen MadeBrave’s leadership team at an important time following some game-changing client wins. I look forward to welcoming both of them to the board and working closely with them as we continue on this path of global growth.”
Ms Plant said: “I am so excited to join MadeBrave at such a pivotal time and as the agency emerges from the pandemic stronger than ever.”
Mr Lancaster noted: “I am delighted to be joining the board.
