Hannah Lowe, of CBRE, said: “We’re very excited to launch a building of this class and scale in Glasgow city centre, especially at a time when the amount of high quality, well-located office accommodation in Glasgow remains in short supply.
“To complete the extensive refurbishment project during a period with plenty of restrictions has been challenging and the fantastic end result is testament to the hard work of the team. I’m confident that the truly contemporary design will attract some high-calibre tenants.”
The refurbishment project team included building contractor akp Scotland, interior designer Graven, and engineer DSSR.
