After the six-hour site crash, Twitter patched


After the site was down for six hours, TWITTER is now up and running.

This morning, the social media offshoot updated its users at 4:32.

It reported, “It’s all clear – Twitter should be working as expected for everyone. Thank you for staying with us.”

It has been verified that the cause of the problems is a system change which was implemented earlier than expected.

For many of you, Twitter has been down and we are trying to get the service back up and running for everyone.

In our internal systems, we have had some problems and have no indication of a safety violation or hack.
